Return Policy
At Serene Spark, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in cases where you have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must provide valid proof, including a clear and unedited video of the unboxing that shows the package being opened for the first time, along with the incorrect item.
- The video must clearly display the packaging, shipping label, and the incorrect item received.
- A copy of the order receipt or proof of purchase must also be submitted.
Returns for any other reason, such as change of mind or non-compliance with the above requirements, will not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at help@serenespark.com within 1-2 days of receiving your item. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. A clear unboxing video must be submitted to help us promptly address the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if you have received the wrong product and the return has been approved. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status. If refunds approved your amount will be credited within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, contact us at help@serenespark.com.
